Strato Capital is a closely held private real estate investment company with offices in Charlotte, NC, and Boca Raton, FL, focused on the acquisition, development, and asset management of commercial real estate, primarily in the Southeast.

We acquire and develop projects with differentiated locations and characteristics that enhance how people live and work. We focus opportunistically on multiple asset classes, including office, industrial, mixed-use, and medical office.
